SPECIAL FRIENDS OF PARK MEETING
NOVEMBER 12,  2018
LOOKING FOR NEW BOARD MEMBERS!

Enjoy your park!

Our Abita Springs Park sits alongside the picturesque 31-mile long bike path, the Tammany Trace and next to the beautiful Abita River. It features a Great Lawn which is perfect for a picnic. The Park is anchored by two of the most historic buildings in St. Tammany Parish, our Pavilion, and the old Long Branch Hotel's Bachelor's Quarters, which now houses our Museum.

The Abita Beer Plaza offers a bandstand that features live music regularly.  The Park is the home to many regular festivals and events such as the annual Abita Water Festival, Opry Fest, and the Abita Beer Chili Cook-Off to name a few. The park is open daily from dawn till dusk.

Park Location – 22049 Main Street Abita Springs, LA 70420
Park Hours – Open dawn until dark.
